Members of the Conseil
The Conseil de la justice administrative is made up of nineteen members.
Ten of the members come from the five tribunals subject to its jurisdiction, including the persident of each tribunal as well as one of its members.
Nine members are representatives of the public and therefore not from these tribunals.
With the exception of the persidents of the administrative tribunals, who are ex officio members, the members are appointed by the government for a three-year term.
