Inquiry reports

The complaints received by the Council are first examined to determine their admissibility. It is the Admissibility of Complaints Committee which makes decisions on the admissibility of complaints.

If the complaint is found inadmissible, the file is then closed.

The following complaints were found admissible and were investigated by a committee whose responsibility is to make a ruling on these complaints.
