… some of the documents held by the Conseil de la justice administrative can be subject to an access right and can be consulted
The Regulation respecting the distribution of information and the protection of personal information requires that public bodies make certain documents available on their Web site. This obligation falls within the scope of the government’s wish to be more transparent with its citizens.
The Access to Information section provides you with a direct access to various documents prescribed by the Regulation.
The Conseil de la justice administrative enforces the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, which recognizes that citizens, in addition to the right of access to documents, also have a right of access to personal information concerning them, and are entitled to correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous or if the collection, communication or preservation of this information is not authorized by statute.
Information available on the site
The Conseil systematically releases various documents on its Web site. We invite you to consult the list of these documents in the Publications section which can be accessed through the menu on the left.
The organization chart explains our administrative structure in detail. It lets you know who makes the decisions regarding the management of the program and the services offered.
The classification plan for the documents of the Conseil de la justice administrative is a tool designed to help you find the documents we hold. The classification plan allows you to better understand the structure of the Conseil activities according to which the documents are filed. The purpose of the plan is not to connect you to the files or documents directly through hyperlinks, it rather serves as a reference tool put at your disposal so that you may check if the documents you are looking for fall within the scope of Conseil activities.Diffusion of certain relative information to the regulation:
