How to file a complaint
The complaint must be made in writing and briefly state the alleged facts. It must also contain the following information:
- The complainant's name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
- The name of the administrative judge who is the subject of the complaint
- The name of the tribunal involved
- The tribunal file number
- The date or period when the facts occurred
The Conseil obtains the file from the tribunal involved, including the recordings of the hearings, so it is not required to include it with the complaint.
The complaint must be submitted to the Conseil:
Using the online form
By email: [email protected]
