Submit an access to information request
The Conseil is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
An access to information request must be submitted to the person in charge of access to documents and the protection of personal information, specifying the document requested and giving the name, address and telephone number of the person making the request.
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent upon receiving the request.
Fees may apply for the reproduction of documents.
The decision is delivered in writing no later than 20 days from the date of receipt of the request. However, a 10-day extension is possible. In this case, prior notice will be provided.
